What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
When you order, book an estimate, or contact us we collect what you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, and order details. Our website also records basic, anonymous usage information (pages viewed, general device type) to help us improve it — no advertising trackers, no selling data.
To quote, schedule, deliver, and bill your order; to send the confirmations and status updates you request; and to respond when you contact us. That's it.
If you check the SMS box at checkout, we use your phone number to send order and delivery status texts. Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties. You can withdraw consent anytime by replying STOP to any message. Messaging services are operated by Sundae Software Solutions on our behalf.
We use trusted service providers to run the website, deliver email, and send text messages — they process data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we share it otherwise only if the law requires.
